After selecting the application, you will need to click on the Open file location.

Now come to the quick search tab, and search for the Sims 4. Furthermore, click on “Click here to select a game and manage its ReShade Installation”. Once you have downloaded it, click on the downloaded file at the bottom of your browser. It will bring you to the end of the page, and you need to click on Download Reshade.
